MJ Labs was first established in 1999 by its managing member, Johann Cadle. In those early days, the company operated from a small facility located in Kempton Park, Gauteng, yet organic growth and expansion over the years saw MJ Labs relocate to its current premises at Silverton Business Park. Johann Cadle, who has broad pharmaceutical experience, has always had a hands-on and customer-centric approach to business. As a result, MJ Labs has kept up with industry and regulatory demands. MJ Labs is flexible and aims to give brand owners a competitive edge by producing products of excellent quality and taking responsibility for providing quality service. This allows its customers to focus on their core competencies, like sales, marketing and brand management.

Good quality products are pursued as safe and effective. MJ Labs is committed to develop personnel to comply with cGMP requirements. We have our Quality Management Review Meeting annually as well as a general meeting every morning for continuous feedback by the management team. This is very important for issuing tasks or following up on decisions and or actions (CAPA, deviations, complaints etc.). Top management ensures that the quality objectives are followed, including those needed to meet requirements for products. These objectives are established at relevant functions and levels within the organisation.

a) The planning of the quality management system is carried out to meet the quality objectives.
b) The integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system is made.
c) Top management must ensure that responsibilities for each employee is defined and communicated within the organisation.

For your first batch, the lead time on new products is 15-20 working days. For your second batch, lead time is 10-15 working days.
We can assist with basic label guidance, but designing of artwork and printed packaging is done via an outsourced supplier of your choice. We have trusted recommended suppliers listed in our information package.
Unfortunately not, we only source and procure from our trusted and cGMP certified suppliers who also provides documentation accordingly (Halaal, Kosher, Vegan, GMO etc).
Unfortunately not, we work on a collection basis, 100% payment is needed before collection can be made.
We do provide samples, but only on approved preliminary costings.
Once sales order is sent, we need a 50% payment to secure your order and balance payment before collection can be made. Credit application can be done after the first 3 orders.
