Eduard Esterhuyse (Essie) is the Production Pharmacist at MJ Labs. His main function is to oversee that Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) is set as a standard.

The above entails that we follow strict, standard operating procedures, which is set in a clean and well organised environment. He coordinates and controls production activities. Implements production plans and targets according to cGMP. Supervises employees engage in manufacturing process and dispenses batches according to relevant Batch Manufacturing & Packaging Records. He also ensures that all standard yields are maintained by production lines for minimal waste and that all production equipment are maintained in good working order to avoid any production delays. Eduard is well known in the company for his way to interact with his fellow  colleagues, he regards discipline and good working culture among the staff of highest importance. He is a keen team player and enjoy interaction with friends and business partners alike. He obtained his B.Pharm degree in 1983 from the North-West University in Potchefstroom.
