Ruan Steyn is the Human Resources Leader at MJ Labs, overseeing all disciplinary procedures, recruitment processes, and compliance with labour legislation. With more than 13 years of experience at MJ Labs, Ruan plays a vital role in building a fair, compliant, and people-focused workplace.

He strongly believes that every individual has a role to play in the success of the business and that an organisation is only as strong as its weakest link. This philosophy underpins his approach to leadership, team development, and organisational culture.

Ruan holds a BTech Degree in Human Resources Management as well as a BTech Degree in Labour Relations Management, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. In addition to his HR leadership role, Ruan also carries responsibility as Operations Manager, where he oversees production planning and ensures the smooth, efficient operation of the factory.

His combined expertise in human resources, labour relations, business administration, and operations enables him to bridge people management with operational excellence, contributing meaningfully to the continued growth and success of MJ Labs.
