Sharné Combrinck is a Research and Development Technologist and Validation Leader at MJ Labs.

She assists with the development of products and collaborates with the costing department to provide clients with high-quality products. If the client is satisfied with the formulation and costing, she presents them with samples of their newly developed products for approval.

Sharné also establishes documented evidence that MJ Labs has the appropriate equipment, systems and manufacturing process that will consistently produce products of high quality and safety standards. She believes in quality by design to ensure that the intended performance of a final product is as expected.
