Kobus Pienaar is responsible for all the technical operations and is known for being the ultimate problem solver at MJ labs. When it comes to complicated technical problems that arise, Kobus is always able to make the right decisions on which solutions to implement. He works closely with all the maintenance and machine operating personnel and provide technical training and guidance as needed. He also ensures that technical procedures, documentations and policies are up to standard. With 16 years of experience working at MJ labs, Kobus has a broad knowledge on all the manufacturing processes, different applications (tablets, capsules, liquids, coating etc) and raw materials, which makes him an expert in formulation development. Kobus believes that success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
