Michaela is an R&D Technologist at MJ Labs and holds an Honours degree in BSc Food Science. She serves as the first point of contact for new clients looking to develop new products and oversees the full product development process—from initial concept, formulation, product costing, sampling, and nutritional and labelling requirements to final handover to the accounts team, where each product vision is brought to life.
