Charne Halgreen is a Quality Controller and Food Safety Team Leader at MJ Labs. She holds a BSc in Human Physiology from the University of Pretoria. In her role, Charne is responsible for ensuring that the entire process—from raw material intake to the final premix product—meets the highest quality and food safety standards. She works closely with both the quality team and factory personnel to ensure that all regulatory, quality, and food safety requirements are consistently met. Charne also oversees the effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently. With a strong passion for working with people and maintaining excellence in quality, she is dedicated to upholding product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
