The MJ Labs Team
MJ labs has been managed by Johann Cadle for over 23 years, he is the heart and soul of MJ labs and has a great passion for the business and his people. Johann joined the pharmaceutical industry after his chemical engineering studies and worked his way up the ranks to become the head of production at Roche and later at Sentrachem. In 1997, when Sentrachem was bought by an international company and Johann had to reapply for his job in the merger process, he decided it was now or never and he started MJ labs, in a garage in Kempton Park in 1998. Within a year and a half, he needed more space and relocated MJ labs to its current location in Silverton, Pretoria. Today MJ labs has over 120 employees and Johann is especially proud of the young, energetic team, including highly qualified technicians and pharmacists, that he had managed to build up. The culture of MJ labs is of the highest importance to him and he regards his employees as family.
