Anika is a growing Research and Development Technologist at MJ Labs, where she plays an important role in supporting and advancing R&D projects. Her responsibilities include assisting with formulation development and contributing to the determination of preliminary costings for new product ideas, particularly within the complementary medicines space. Anika joined MJ Labs in 2026 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science in Food Product Management with Food Supply from North-West University, which she completed in 2025.
