Chani is the Deputy Responsible Pharmacist at MJ Labs, with a strong focus on Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. In her role, she supports the Responsible Pharmacist in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance are consistently maintained. Working closely with the Responsible Pharmacist, Production, Research and Development, and Quality Control teams, Chani is actively involved in reviewing batch records, monitoring production processes, and supporting quality reviews to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance. She is committed to identifying and mitigating risks within the manufacturing process that enhance overall product quality and operational excellence. As the Dispensary Pharmacist, Chani is responsible for overseeing the accurate weighing, dispensing, and correct blending of raw materials in accordance with approved procedures and batch documentation. She plays a critical role in ensuring material accuracy, traceability, and compliance with established quality systems, contributing directly to product integrity and patient safety.
